Yes, if you want to keep things simple, you can use DewyDays as a light day cream! This can depend on your skin type, so if your skin doesn't feel hydrated enough, it might be a good idea to use a moisturiser as well.
Serums are more lightweight and concentrated. They typically include more active ingredients than moisturisers and are designed to penetrate deeper into the skin to provide results for specific concerns. Moisturisers generally have a thicker consistency. They're formulated with occlusive ingredients that work on the surface of the skin to create a barrier that locks moisture in.
Our multitasking serums include occlusives which is why they can also be used on their own as a light moisturiser.
