Jeuneora accepts returns if you’ve changed your mind about a product purchased through our online store. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following conditions:
A refund of the full purchase price minus processing fees and minus the value of any free gifts that the purchaser no longer qualifies for will only be issued when all of the above conditions have been met, and once the returned product has been received back into our warehouse. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If you are returning a product that was purchased using a Jeuneora Gift Card, your refund will be credited in the form of another Jeuneora Gift Card.
If you meet all of the above conditions, contact our customer service team on hello@jeuneora.co.nz to start the return process.
If you have received the wrong order please email us at orders@jeuneora.co.nz as soon as it arrives and we will replace it once the incorrect product has been returned back to us.
Once your order has been received & packed by our dispatch team, we are not able to cancel or refund your order.
If you have purchased using Afterpay, please be aware that changes or cancellations cannot be made to your order once confirmed.
Gift Card credit will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. After expiry, the Gift Card is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined and any outstanding balance will be forfeited to Jeuneora. You can check your gift card balance by following the links in your gift card email. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given. Remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
Please ensure that you have correctly entered your name and address at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the address once your item has been fulfilled.
Jeuneora cannot take responsibility for any missing items that have been incorrectly addressed by the customer.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days in New Zealand (not including public holidays) please phone your local CourierPost outlet or track your order online here. You will need the tracking number from your tracking email. If they are unable to locate your order, please email us at hello@jeuneora.co.nz.
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes / duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Jeuneora. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes / duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax / duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.
All international orders are sent via DHL Express. Please use their tracking service to track your delivery here. Please only email us at hello@jeuneora.co.nz if your parcel has been lost.
Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call / collect. We cannot resend product free of charge outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us.

Jeuneora Rewards is a customer loyalty programme (the programme) managed and conducted by Jeuneora Limited (“Jeuneora”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for the benefits of its customers (“customer”, “Member” or “you”).
Opting in to Jeuneora Rewards is automatic upon the creation of a customer account on the Jeuneora online store. By opting into the programme, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of; Jeuneora Rewards and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before you opt into the programme. You can refer to our Privacy Policy to find out more about how we use your personal information and how to opt out of receiving digital communications.
Participation in the programme is open to customers worldwide. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to opt in. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent/guardian to opt in to the programme, who must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the programme, or contact hello@jeuneora.co.nz to opt out.
Spending in our online store will earn you 1 point for every $ you spend provided you use the email associated with your Jeuneora Rewards account.

You can also earn Jeuneora Rewards Points by completing activities. Your points expire 12 months to the day after you earn them. Your current balance is calculated in real time. Your points may go up or down on a daily basis depending what points you have earned that day, what points expire, and how many points you have used to redeem rewards.
Jeuneora reserves the right to change points if we believe someone is unfairly accumulating points outside of the rules set out in this document. Points are not redeemable for cash or monetary value. It’s not possible to earn points outside of Jeuneora’s online store (e.g at stockists).
Your Membership Tier will be calculated based on your previous 12 months spend. You will move to the next Tier once you’ve reached the required spend. You’ll then enjoy the benefits of that Tier for the next 12 months. You cannot drop down a Tier within those 12 months, but you can move up another Tier which you will enjoy for the next 12 months. Your Tier eligibility will be reviewed on the 12 month anniversary of you joining that Tier. If you have reached the required spend threshold, you will continue to enjoy that Tier for the next 12 months, if you don’t have enough, you’ll drop down a Tier.
If a Membership Tier has been achieved by you in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise incorrectly allocated to you, including as a result of an error on the part of Jeuneora, we reserve the right to adjust your Tier to the extent necessary to address the breach or error. If you obtain a refund or reimbursement for goods purchased from Jeuneora, an adjustment is also made to your Jeuneora Rewards Account in the amount of the refund granted.
Jeuneora Rewards points are non-transferrable: any transactions by another customer on Jeuneora’s online store cannot be transferred to a different customer for someone else to obtain Jeuneora Rewards points.
Customers may only hold one Membership. Transactions or points earned from multiple customer files (i.e purchases made under multiple email addresses for one customer) cannot be joined into one Jeuneora Rewards amount. As a customer and Member of the programme, it’s your responsibility to ensure that we have only one client file for you. If you suspect that you may have more than one client file, please contact: hello@jeuneora.co.nz.
Jeuneora Rewards Points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions. Points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash, unless stated as part of the programme.
Jeuneora Rewards Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with subscription orders. Free products from the Jeuneora Rewards Centre can only be redeemed by making a purchase over $75 in the Jeuneora store. Free products cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount.
Rewards and benefits are non-transferable.
A product is considered "new release" for one month after the official launch date of the product. Diamond and Elite Members will automatically receive double points when purchasing a new release product within that month.
Jeuneora reserve the right to change the end date of the new release product period at any time.
You may complete up to three reviews within a calendar month and receive the "Leave a product review on our website" points for each of those three reviews. Any further reviews within that calendar month will not receive the review points.
Return your empty plastic Jeuneora products for recycling via the Jeuneora Recycling Programme and you'll receive points for every eligible package received. We will not accept outer cardboard boxes - these should be recycled through your local curb side collection scheme. Your recycling bag must have a minimum of 6 plastic Jeuneora products to receive your points. These points will be updated once a month, on the last Tuesday of each month, except in December.
Any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers communicated as part of the Jeuneora Collective may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise,free products can only be redeemed by making a purchase over $75 in the Jeuneora store.
Rewards are not able to be redeemed when you purchase a Gift Card, as they are electronically generated and sent to you via email, so we can't post physical a physical gift with this type of purchase.
Jeuneora will communicate to Jeuneora Rewards Members when a Bonus is available to be redeemed. These will happen at a time determined by Jeuneora.
Bonuses will be available for a defined period as communicated in marketing material or until all stock is allocated.
You should advise Jeuneora of any change to your details by logging into your account and managing your details, or by contacting hello@jeuneora.co.nz. Jeuneora is not responsible for any failure to notify us of your change of details which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of Jeuneora Rewards communications and rewards or benefits or the loss or downgrade of a Jeuneora Rewards Tier status.
Jeuneora reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual we finds, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the programme. Jeuneora may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Jeuneora Rewards Programme if you:
(a) have breached these Terms and Conditions;
(b) have engaged, or may engage, in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to Jeuneora Limited, the Jeuneora Rewards programme or your customer file;
(c) have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the reputation or legitimate interests of Jeuneora;
(d) have supplied or are attempting to supply false or misleading information;
(e) are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Jeuneora rewards, gifts, offers or benefits other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(f) act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Jeuneora staff or any other Customers online; or
(g) become bankrupt.
Where your right to participate in the programme is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards, points, rights and Jeuneora Rewards Tier Status you may have at that time under the Jeuneora Rewards shall thereby suspend or terminate (as the case may be). We reserve the right under our sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the programme without notice for any conduct that we believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Loyalty Programme.
