    Supplementary

    I think these capsules are useful in a supplementary capacity but I didn't see the effects I was hoping for in strengthening my nails. I'd suggest you could use these AND another product, in tandem.

    rewinding the facial clock

    I love this product. I have been taking Hair Skin Nails Collagen for about a year now and whereas my hair was thinning, (natural at my age. )Within 3 months my hair was thicker, shinier, and very healthy looking. My skin regained its smoothness and was much firmer. My nails are also stronger and less inclined to break. I highly recommend this product.
