Four recipes to get your skin glowing!

It's beginning to feel a lot like smoothie season!
Some of you are seasoned Jeuneora smoothie makers, so you'll already know why healthy smoothies are the one of the easiest ways to get your 5+ a day, but for those of us that need a little bit of fresh inspiration we have what you are looking for!
We often search online for the healthiest and yummiest recipes to create ourselves, and these are adaptions of our top four!
Hydration Station: Strawberry, Mango and Carrot Smoothie
This recipe is super hydrating and full of antioxidants like vitamin C (an important collagen supporter) and beta carotene. It's also super easy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup chilled coconut water (no added sugar)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup baby or chopped carrots
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1 navel orange peeled
- 1 scoop of Jeuneora Marine Collagen powder
Method
- Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Add some ice to make it colder if using fresh fruit
Low Carb Gut Loving Green Smoothie
For those who love the healthy fats, this smoothie will have you smiling!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Naked Collagen (Or your favourite Jeuneora collagen powder)
- 125 ml coconut cream
- 125 ml unsweetened yoghurt
- 250 ml almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cups chopped leafy greens *see notes
- 4 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- 3 ice cubes
- Granulated sweetener of choice (optional - to taste)
- Peppermint essence (optional - to taste)
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.
Cucumber, Lime and Pineapple Perfection
A super creamy, 7-ingredient zesty, nutrient-rich and refreshing smoothie that will have you glowing from the inside out!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber - skin can be left on
- 1 scoop or teaspoon of Jeuneora Collagen powder
- 1 cup cubed pineapple (if frozen, leave out ice)
- 1/2 large ripe, peeled banana (works best with frozen bananas)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 medium lime, zested + juiced
- 1 large handful greens (spinach or kale )
- 2-4 ice cubes
Method
- Add cucumber, pineapple, frozen banana, coconut milk, water, lime zest, lime juice, greens, and ice cubes to a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- For a thicker smoothie, add more ice. For a thinner smoothie, add more liquid.
- Extra lime juice will up the zesty factor whereas extra banana will enhance the creaminess.
- Serve immediately.
Low Carb Black Forest Smoothie
Whilst this one is not exactly going to taste like Cadbury's, it's a heck of a lot better for you! And full of antioxidants to boot!
Ingredients
- 50g frozen berries of choice
- 1 teaspoon Naked Collagen or Renew+ Mixed Berry
- 250 ml coconut cream
- 100 g spinach chopped
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice or more, to your taste
- Sprinkle of raw cocao nibs (optional)
Method
- Put everything in a blender and whiz up until as smooth as possible. Sprinkles with cocao nibs if you have them!
- Sweet tip: The smoother you can get the texture, the more you can fool your children!
